Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel future renewal through RAWLY or the payment provider where supported. Where supported, cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the already-paid period. Annual cancellation normally prevents the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current annual payment. Upgrades, downgrades and billing-cycle changes follow available entitlements and provider rules. Account deletion is different from subscription cancellation. Billing support: billingrawly@gmail.com.
