Identity Verification Policy

Public policy information for RAWLY users, customers and reviewers.

Identity verification helps protect accounts and reduce impersonation. RAWLY may request government-issued or otherwise accepted identity evidence appropriate to the jurisdiction. Documents are private verification material and should not be posted publicly. Documents must be genuine and belong to the account holder. Requirements may differ by country.

Policy note: This policy is written for a global platform operated from South Africa. Mandatory local rights and protections remain applicable.
